Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with the service we provided, please let us know within 24 hours of the completion of the service. We will investigate the matter and provide a resolution as soon as possible. If a refund is deemed necessary, we will issue a refund within 7-10 business days.
Return Policy: We do not accept returns of any materials or products used during our services, including but not limited to, paint, tools, or equipment.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment or fail to show up, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Exceptions: Refunds and returns will not be issued for damages caused by the customer or third parties, or for services provided outside of our normal business hours.
